Sorry, our network was overload due to flood of frequent small amount outputs. Nothing to worry about, all withdraws are always processed. We recommend our clients to accumulate and withdraw big amount once per couple of days to cause less load on our network. Thank you for cooperation!
對不起，我們的網絡因為經常性地小量輸出而超載。沒什麼好擔心的，所有提取總是會被處理。我們建議我們的客戶累積金額，每隔幾天一次退出較大金額，這樣我們的網絡上的負載會變更少。謝謝您的合作！
不過就算他這樣講，我還是會在達到可提領金額時就趕快提領！
你後來有再收到嗎
更新一下這幾天的狀況，幾乎每一筆提領都卡 6~8 小時，甚至更久。
目前還有 3 筆提領都沒有進帳。下圖的提領時間是他們當地時間，我們這裡要加上 5 小時。
例如 7/29 19:59:43 那筆提領，是我在台灣時間 7/30 00:59:43 申請提領的，到 po 這篇文時還沒有被確認。
這次我第三次去信詢問了如下：

意思是，我們有 40000 多使用者，每天有超過 5000 筆提款，所以造成了網路負擔。為了最佳化我們的系統，如果你希望你的提領有高優先權的話，請升級至更高的等級，否則就只能以低優先權來等待系統處理。
在網站上也顯示了這樣的文字：

我升級的時候，大約也是 1~2 小時才通過的。
只能說慢慢等呀！
不過小心喔，感覺是選擇性出金。
最多入金小額喔，別再投入了。
升級卡很久 我第一天升級V1.2也是卡了快一天 最後寫信給他 他才手動幫我設定
覺得他們系統很不好 出金也是有一筆沒一筆的 ~
升級等太久 就寫信吧
現在有新的說法 1.4則是馬上出金 1.3版本要等五天出金 1.2 要等十天出金
